hmm i dont see where they said they had a few thousand unique voice actors that spanned multiple languages link me to that and i will give you the benefit.

Also if you cant link me to that I would say they reused some voices or some actors put on differant voices

TOR is 100% fully voiced in every aspect. Its something the devs have been boasting about for years.

I could find links to the interviews, conventions and such but honestly, I'm on my phone and just don't feel like it.

Also, EQ2 is considerably dialogue voiced. Just not so much with later expansions.

As I understand it, there's supposed to be a pretty considerable amount. Not every NPC will have a unique actor though, but every NPC dialogue in the game will be voiced.

As I mentioned above, EQ2 got into this a bit as well. Although what they did was one voice actor per race and gender. Still, it was very nice not to have to stare at my screen through tons and tons of dialogue.
