If your referring to Type of group for titan, I wouldn't never PUG DF randoms for it, so I don't know what you would want me to say, Everyone in my FC had DL gear not full DL but some. this was of course the first month of release.
The problem with this argument is while yes, they wore bikinis, their other gear was far better, which compensated for it.
