How do you get the Black Mage Barding for your Chocobo?

I found two more screenshots of that one in my folder (here and here), too bad I took both with interface off.
As for the name - that's from the model viewer.

I don't see such barding in the Eorzea Database.

Just the BLM, Sleipnir and Behemoth.

If you max Rank your Chocobo and you'll get one of these depending on the spec.

they are out at least the whitemage and pld bardings 100% someone posted screenies for the whitemage and the pld barding posted here.

XIV app/database has things that are yet implemented in the game. You can find final fantasy XIII weapons on it already. However I can honestly say I have seen a Blackmage barding in game. A maxed out barding does make sense though...if so then 8 more levels to get the White Mage barding.

if level 10 grants the barding, what happens if you built a hybrid chocobo? For instance, so far mine has mostly healer spec up til the +healing power talent, then up to the dot in attacker. will i get anything this way?

You need rank 10 Chocobo with the points all in one spec to get the bardings
DRG = All Attacker
PLD = All Tank
WHM = All Healer

How to get BLM barding is yet unknown. Hope that cleared it up for some people.
