As for (deleted), you know that doesn't mean anything, right? SE bans them all the time, but they don't delete the characters in question. The vast majority of those RMT on your blacklist have been long gone and will never be back.
At least until SE start 10 day trials. Ten it all goes to hell in a hand cart.
