Player housing So very disappointed

Personal housing should occur before Free Company Housing. The phases should just simply be:

1) Implement Personal housing.
2) Implement Free Company "Estate" in which Personal housing is situated as part of it.

I agree that private housing should have come first yeah. Price should be steep either way imo though.

...There is NO reason for them to be restricting housing to FCs only at the moment. There is no difference in functionality or implementation. It's a stupid move and it makes no sense.

As a software developer I have to point out that your are terribly incorrect here. By the very nature of it. In one instance you have FC housing that has an interface connected to the free company. In the other you have an interface attached to the player. Both are different since both have different requirements. On this simple point alone you have a different implementation and separate functionality. This analysis didn't even have to go very deep into the actual code to show that. Under the hood there is very likely a similar, but still very different system in place. You need to gain a little more appreciation for the complications in developing highly interactive server-client systems like this.

Put into personal housing now, at price at 850k. This would encourage people to buy gils from RMT, agree or not. This is the reality. Put personal housing later in the game, when every player accumuclate enough welath. Unlikely to encourage people buying gils from RMT. Smarter decision to me.

It will come at a "later" update and with updates running 3 months apart yea its going to be a LOOOOOOOONG time , he said I cant find the translation but it would be 6 months past the 2.1 for players

its 4 months for each update I thought it was 3. Still not happy with 6 months till housing is aval for non fc's. 6 months in gaming time a very long time, to be honest who can say for sure if they will still be here in 6 months. A lot of life can happen in that amount of time. Or I may just get bored and play something else guess I will see in 6 months.

Who cares, housing might interest most people for about...5 minutes. Then it's back to standing bored around Ogrimma.....er the Mor Dhona way point crystal as per usual.
