Remember, 1 weapon damage is equal to 7.xxxxx Dex, so do not put it off as a bad upgrade... In honesty, it seems DPS priority should be to +1 their relic or get their Allagan weapon, then work on filling the holes. Think there was a BiS list for BRD already on these forums, I'll try to dig it up.

Can we stop saying BiS like it matters? It has nothing to do with a gear set as a whole.
