Do people on this forum even know what fun IS?

just because every standard game have don't mean this one should. Here my issue everyone asking for stuff we really don't need like jumping i can agree that jumping is fun but if it was limit to area that you need it which make it fun. At the end all the wow fan or the fan of the standard game would just quit ffxiv and go back to wow,aion,rift,GW or GW2 or blizzard new mmo. Which then leave only the hard core fan of Final fantasy which then they have to fix the game for the real fan or they would leave. that how i see this issue i don't really care what they do as long as they dont' make this into a wow clone or a FFXI clone.

ppl only leave a boring game. Just make the game be fun so no one would quit foir a while. Not that hard. And who cares if ppl quit, if there is a large enough player base a few ppl taking breaks or quitting shouldn't matter.

You guys care too much about what other people do. Focus on playing not what other people do. It is a video game. Not a job

Pwi And a few others. I hung around the towns and honestly never seen a jump spammer. And personaly also I do not care what other people do, it isn't hurting me what so ever. Only thing that I found offensive was walking into cyber chat sessions. gross.... But then I just report it and walk away.

The answer to this thread is simple. Everyone know what fun is... every last person on this forum does.

The things that people fail to grasp is the fact not everyone like the same thing.

-For some jumping is great add great freedom, for other without a purpose it is stupid lmfao people jumping on top of buildings.
-For some casual easier events are great jump right in and have fun, for other they are a waste of time. NO challange.
-For some hard to get gear is a great goal to work toward, others it is a pointless waste of time which is unfair to those without alot of time.
-For some taking along time to level a class gives it a feeling of accomplishment, others it is a pointless hell grind.
-For some WoW was the best mmo ever made, for some it was one of the worst.
-For some FFXI was a great game with ton of variety, for some it was the worst mmo ever developed.

See where this is going... what some consider fun other hate, and vise versa.

Everyone is giving their opinion on these forums, what the devs need to do is try to make everyone happy somehow... good luck to them.
