you can't really get a true feel for something until you've played it for a while, enough so to come to regret your decision.

Lalafeels is the ONLY way to go.

As told by a kindly GM,

"If you have used your Phial of Fantasia, either correctly or incorrectly, and are not eligible for an additional one through subscription rewards, it is possible to use the item restoration policy to return the item.
However, the item restoration policy is usually a single use option per account, which means it may not be available later in the game should you drop any other items or wish to correct any item related errors that would utilize this policy.
If you would like to use the item restore policy this one time to return the Phial of Fantasia, please submit a GM Call from within the game using the Support Desk option under the System Menu to request this."

Ye i really wanna another one Fantasia, i changed to Miqo'te, but i really wanna back to lalafell, and this are making me so sad to play the game x.x

I wanna my little Lalafell back >.>.

I know the feeling. Female Roegadyn was such a horrible mistake. Nothing can compare- nay, not even viera- to the almighty KAWAII that is Lalafell!

That said, I miss being a Roegadyn and no, I can not request the item to be restored as it has been over ten days since I last used it. Customer support was very quick in responding (with the bad news) to my item restoration request

I really hope that SE decides to sell the Fantasias on the mogstation in same way, shape, or form, with an ability to purchase a name change as well as that'd be nice. In most games nowaways you can't find many games that don't offer this in some way, shape, or form. Even TERA had the ability to do this at launch! I hope SE decides the same, and soon, while I love my Keeper I am drawn to the appeal of being a squeaky little Lalafell.

I think it's a slippery slope when it comes to stuff like this being sold for real money. I'm not against the idea of people being able to recreate their character, I just don't think it should be in exchange for real currency.

Hmm...if this is true then I guess it may be worth trying out the Fantasia. Just knowing I could go back if I come to regret it is all I need.

The team is still discussing the details around this, but in the future we definitely want to offer more phials of Fantasia as well as something that allows players to change their name.
