I'm not sure how losing the progress of the dungeon your on is 'rewarding people who rage quit' but let's look at this with a hypothetical. What if your running AK and you get to demon wall and you wipe three times because the healer just can't grasp repel. You've already spent about 15-20 minutes in the dungeon and you decide that you'd rather leave and waste that entire 15-20 minutes then stay there and potentially wipe some more. So SE's logic is "screw you for leaving first, here's another 15 minutes until you can queue again."

So what is SE suggesting "Just keep wiping and hope that eventually the integral part of your party finally gets it." I'm sorry, but sometimes you just can't fix stupid.

You are a Tank so let's face it you will get right back in to do the run again after the 15 minutes is over. Without that it just says "Okay you can leave at any point if the run doesn't go perfect and start a fresh run right away" You could even find another run in progress further along like on last boss.

Let's look at your situation because i have actually been that healer and wiped on Demon wall when i first started AK. And i understand the other foot too i've made the mistake of losing my temper with people getting stuck on things. All people shouting and leaving does is turn people into a nervous wreck.
