    It is possible he is new 50 to tanking. Its not hard to have full DL before you are lvl50 on second job.

    Total for DL hands, body and legs is around 2k stones, so unless they AFK, all the way while doing CM for 20times. I mean seriously, I don't main Tank a lot by I learned how to tank by looking at how tanks do it, before I even try. As you said, second job, high chance there is a first job that is equally geared, that means more then 20 times doing CM, AK, WP.
