    You aren't even supposed to be paying for the house by yourself. It's a Free Company house.

    They are adding 2 types of housing, FC housing, AND personal. From what I've read, it looks like a small personal house will be somewhere in the ballpark of 300-600k.

    I know. That won't be out for half a year after FC housing, and much cheaper, so the fact that that player won't be paying for the house by themselves still stands.
