Why should people be able to gear up all roles at once?

There no reasonable argument against that beside that you can in a way gear up two jobs. One getting coil item and then using myth to gear your second job. In my coil my main is set for DRG and Sub as BLM i play BLM for coil and i gear both without issue. Once the other BLM got the item the next time it drops i can get it pretty simple. Most items are now going free greed due to the fact that A they got the item for there main/sub or B: No one have it set for there main/sub. I understand not every coil party does this and that may be the issue people are getting. But you can still use your myth to gear the other job you want.

Once crystal tower come out that have better item then darklight you could gear every job you want. Seeing how to win coil you only need darklight for turn 1-4 only turn 5 is where you need allgan or AF-myth to win. Once there new turns of coil turn 5 would be super easy lol.

What i said just does not apply to everyone i said it just to show that you could indeed geared more then one job.

How it work in my coil party we have a main and a sub my main is set for DRG and my Sub is set for BLM. The other BLM in our coil is set for main:BLM and Sub DRG. If we both set it for BLM we be fighting for the same item and one of us would be the most geared or we be half geared anyways just like we are now so at the end it does not matter. Both me and the other BLM are using our myth to geared out our BLM and only getting the best items. Seeing how not all allgan or AF is worth getting and mixing both is the best way to geared out your job.

So really at the end once he get item A the next time item A drop it goes to me. I have the Ring and the head item and the other BLM have one allgan over me. We both have BLM feet which is the same as allgan so that went free for anyone to get it. So at the end i'm getting geared for two jobs without it affecting my role in the party.

That why when you start doing coil party with the same people every week. You have to make sure everyone leave with something and can geared out more then just one job. Because that same set up may not work out later on when they release more coil turns that why i pick a long range and a close range dps so i can have the two dps type covered.

If i was playing wow i would just play one character to that geared out and then once that geared out play other one. But the best thing about this game is i could geared out more then one job. That and most allgan gear can be used by more then one job so i could in turn gear out more then 2 jobs like allgan item can be used by SMN so that 3 jobs right there. There pros and cons for having to play only one character to play all. But how SE have it set up the pros out does the cons if your party just does it smart.
