    I always thought it was stupid or lag or something during garuda where bane wouldn't hit everything.

    Well thats just dumbbbbbbbbbbbb.

    Looks like SMN wins cleave but not AoE.

    EDIT: if they just make miasma II not horrendous it'll be easy to balance the AoE. Just make Miasma II do 20 or 30 a tick. Then we'll have miasma II, sflare, and tri disaster for ~100 potency every 3 seconds, roughly equiv to pdps doing 110 every GCD.
