Not being rude, but nothing in that Video would make me want to PvP in FF14, PvE Combat is bad imagine PvP with 2.5 GCD xD slowest PvP in the world..and the delay, lag .. no thanks.

I personally HATE PVP in any MMO.

If I want PVP I will play something where it's a purely level playing field. Not something where having one peace of gear chances the balance so much that you can't win.

Sounds more like you have issues with being confronted in general. Very mature reaction to punish everyone else in your group for your unusually thin skin. When in doubt always act like a child and maximize the collateral damage right?




I also hope you realize that almost every PVP oriented game still rewards players for spending more time with it. Even Call of Duty games have a leveling system with bonuses for playing a LOT. Hell, even in Counter Strike you start rounds with more money when you're on a winning streak. If you want a completely even playing field you can play some Starcraft or DOTA, but something tells me they don't appeal to you.

Thanks for contributing your opinion. They have made it clear however that you will not be forced to participate if you do not want to.
