    Father Illiud - All Good Things - spoiler

    It was interesting that Father Illiud mention that he know Minfillia since her childhood
    And since we know that Minfillia is you-know-who from 1.0, aint this some kind of paradox?

    the keyword for this is "which one"

    edit: rewatching 1.0 CS, Uldah opening. Father Illiud = you-know-who father?

    I highly doubt that seeing as what happens in the opening with 1.0 is the past and we didn't change the past so most likely he met her after the fact

    Clearly instead of F'lhaminn taking care of Ascilia like she said she would, Ascilia was taken in by the Father or some other orphanage. There she grew up with other children and probably realized she was different with the Echo. After all it might not have been us that Thancred said "the Echo? but that means..." since we were viewing that scene as an Echo. So Thancred would have told Louisoix and things would have gone from there, where eventually she'd return to Ul'dah with knowledge of the Echo to help others that were like her. Ascilia was her Ala Mhigo name, so she changed it to Minfilia.
