I'd recommend this thread: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...otation-Reborn
Although I wouldn't advocate the rotation described in the guide, it does work fine.

C-c-c-combo breaker! You lose!
But more to your implied question, it's later in that thread. There are 4 different rotations that are all pretty good. One of them has significant problems with DOT clipping and no easy fix to avoid clipping buffed DOTs, so I wouldn't recommend using that one.
The 4 basic rotations are:
H IDC P TTT H TTT
P IDC H TTT P TTT
[est: 121.8pps based on various assumptions]
This is the one I use. When you use BFB, you have to inject 1 FR any time after the buffed CT.
HPF IDC TTT
HPF TTT IDC
HPF TTT TTT
[est: 120.0pps with the same assumptions]
This is the one recommended in the OP of that thread. Ayvar posted some adjustments to account for buffed CT clipping, but they would make this post longer, so I won't post them.
HP IDC TTT
HP TTT TTT
[est: 119.8pps]
This is one recommended by another poster in that thread. I strongly advocate this one for most players in general, and especially for those that aren't super anal / egotistical about "MAXX" DPS. As you can see it's a very small estimated drop in DPS from the other rotations, and it is comparably "SIMPLE AS ****". It also has 0 adjustments required for buffed DOT clips, doubling down on how simple it is.
The only notable issue with this rotation is that it has ~78% Disembowel uptime, which is somewhat low. This is already factored into the personal DPS / pps estimate listed above. However, it will reduce Bard DPS in your group by roughly 1.5% compared to the other DRG rotations.
HFP IDC TTT
[est: 119.7pps]
This one was recommended by a person on GFAQs, and is absurdly simple beyond compare. However, the CTs clips heavily and requires a significant adjustment for buffed CT clips. I wouldn't recommend it because the only benefit of this rotation is hyper-simplicity, and a large adjustment for buffed CT clips undermines its only selling point. Oh, and it's less TP efficient than the rotation above so why bother?
