If you can use limit breaks in PvP, then PvP is going to be horrible. As someone said earlier, whoever gets their LB first wins. Even in the promo, the winning team got 3 LBs off. Is the point of SE's PvP to see who can build their bar the fastest? This is horrible.

I didn't see many "new" abilities and a "new" skillset as SE promised with PvP. I probably saw maybe one new ability. So I'm guessing when they said new skillset they meant we have all the same abilities just reworked.

That video really makes me sad to see especially coming from a director who supposedly "loves" PvP and DAOC.

Yeah I found the video extremely underwhelming...

I really enjoyed PVP in Rift, don't have much hope for it in ARR. Who knows, might be pleasantly surprised.

The person who is using the LB should be smart enough to use it correctly. ST lb? Back someone into a corner then use it. AE LB? do as the BLM did in that video and make sure no sees you then cast in the area where it would be most effective(hopefully towards the healers). Healing LB? Well that's pretty self explanatory to any healer.

The people controlling the characters in this promo were not smart PvPers at all. So I'm thinking of smart people using those LBs and how much of a tide turner it'd without any real skill involved.

LBs should not be a part of PvP. Period. I hope that is one of those subject to change things that actually changes.

That's probably why people will rarely use the ST LB. There are 2 other really potent LBs that can be used that aren't too hard to land on anything. I doubt anyone would use the tank LB.
