The problem is that the people running AK for the first time are thrown in with the other 95% of players... which are the ones who have run it already before and want to speedrun it. There isn't really a way to fix this, except that I think any smart player should go read up/watch a vid on ANY piece of content before doing it just to know what to do rather than trial and error, to save everyone's time. If not, maybe there's a helpful player to guide the new player along (I just did this tonight with a tank new to AK, in DF), but there might not be.stream MMOs and the idea is for EVERYONE to be able to pop in the game, queue for an instance, and bam go.

You are right about it being a problem but not everyone wants to read guides or watch videos telling them how to beat content. That is also the problem. People insisting that their way of playing is "the" way to play.
Why should the select few who got through the content first be the only people allowed to experience it without having to know everything before hand?
Intentionally or not that is what your suggestion to fix the problem is suggesting. Did you know that 94.4444% of percentages are made up.
You see the experienced players are demanding that the NEW people bear the burden of the situation

They enter duty finder demanding that people new to the game should skip content, read guides etc. Why not leave the new people alone to experience the content just how the first people who went through the content did?

The sad thing it seems that most people are so caught up in their own in game agenda that they care very little if anyone new actually enjoys the game.
