"Fun" is a subjective opinion. What you may consider as fun may not apply to other peoples' ideas. Everyone here wants to make the game better, for their own reasons and in their own way.
Going as far as saying someone's idea of fun is wrong is very ignorant.
People do tend to have fun in this game without any of those ideas existing right now.
Hoping Evangela gets banned may also be considered as fun to some people. But not you. See how that works?
The General Forum Population would like to see this happen.
Again, see how that works?
"fun" is a very vague and open term and can mean many different things to many different people.
I'm not saying we can't have options like voice acting or jumping. I'm just saying that you should let them implement the more important things before we ask for nice additions like those.
It sounds like you're trying to get people mad at this game, trying to get them to whine and complain that they don't have features other games have. It's fine to voice your concerns, but you shouldn't try to coax people into complaining about the same side issues you have and it isn't fair to call into question our character for it.
This isn't just about jump, get off your high horse. Oh wait you can't because you can't jump. So youre stuck on your high horse. Too bad.
This thread is broader and scope and touches on more elements, namely the fact that people don't want fun, they just want Final Fantasy at all costs.
They don't want player housing
They dont want the armory system
They dont want jump
They dont want voice overs
They dont want mounts
They dont want community-goals
They dont want UI controls (speech bubbles and other toggles)
And why? All because they either want to preserve FF traditions for tradition's sake, or because they think like developers instead of like players (with a million excuses for why SE can't implement features which other MMOs implement easily).

So it's about why everyone doesn't agree 100% with your idea of fun? This isn't just about jump, get off your high horse. Oh wait you can't because you can't jump. So youre stuck on your high horse. Too bad.
