Is he talking about the exploit or the twister bug? I really wish everyone from SE wasn't so vague in their posts regarding patches and fixes. :|

But they haven't say anything about it, not even in the "know issues" they put at the end of the updates. Also, I dont think they will close Turn 5 for the twisters only.

They also haven't posted a number of "known issues" that they fixed either, including the equipment dupe / infinite gil exploit which they patched. And you're right, they won't close an instance for any bug unless it somehow allows players a game-breaking advantage to completing the instance. So if its a game-breaking disadvantage, we'll just have to deal with it until it is fixed.
