I can assure you that many people out there appreciate what you are trying to do, and I am one myself.

I could use some help with Titan... I can not tell you how many attempts I have made, but I can tell you that I am geared, and ready to progress. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you could offer, and swear my loyalty to the linkshell from the moment of completion > forward.

Please add Zero Tolerance to your list and let me know when we could make some attempts !

Hrm, looks like I will still have to buy Titan if you don't allow people who die to the simplest stuff.

My rural New Zealand internet is really really bad :/ I would cross half the platform and have 2 seconds wait, then I will still get hit by the landslide.

X( Only way I can finish this is to be carried it would seem, which is very damaging to my pride, but I am sick of being raged at every time I try to do titan because of my delay....

It doesn't help that there are no Australasian servers either, and that New Zealand has one of the poorest internet speeds out of the developed countries.
I know the fight, been there tons of times, have decent gear, if my internet speeds were a little faster it would be SO easy :P

Being a Whitemage with bad internet makes this impossible for me, even with good gear.
I'm contemplating becoming a paladin simply because I wouldn't have to move as much and I would be able to live through some of the other moves more easily, or a bard, who can move and attack at the same time, since I can avoid most/all AoEs if I just keep moving, something which I cannot do as a white mage as I have to stand still to cast a spell. (swift cast helps a little, but still it is not enough sadly )

I just want my relic staff! It's so pretty! Then I will get back to helping the lower lvls in my FC with dungeon cues, or helping people who need a healer for Chimera or Hydra, or just doing CM and AK runs with my Besties, fooling around and having fun, spamming holy, and the like.

And I will never step into titan again, for the sake of the Final Fantasy community, unless NZ internets gets a serious upgrade. Honestly, people here get charged $150 bucks for 5 gigs of satellite internet, which is barely over dial-up speeds! And they are forced to, because there a few other options! This is the internet I had 2 years ago, and the internet I have now is cheaper, but not much faster.

Sorry if this post sounds whiny but I have been in tears over it It really sucks.

I haven't had any luck finding a group on the server yet, and every Duty Finder group I have been with couldn't make it past the heart.

I have a basic idea of how the fight will go after the heart, but unfortunately, I can't get the experience I need with it unless I can get past it. I haven't managed to find a single group capable of it.

I did contact someone, but I didn't get a reply. I'd love to get the fight out of the way now, because it is starting to irritate me. I'm not sure if/when I'll have the time, but to chat with someone on the server at some point to make plans and explain the situation better would be wonderful.

Shimizu Kyousuke. I am pretty familliar with the fight, except for phase 5. I have watched videos, of it though, but only reached it 3-4 times, so I'm not that experienced there.

Not at 50 so not gunning for Titan.

But wanted to post to give a huge /cheer towards what you are doing. Things like this turns the community great instead of dividing it.


Totally been oposed to Titan selling runs as a firm believer of tough fights arent just about getting the shinies, It's the learning experience that you take to ever more complex fights (mechanics wise).

But im of a mind that I'd prefer to take 6 months progressing through content with an awesome bunch of people, than 6 weeks with a bunch of elitist jerks.

Been a progressive raider since EQ1. Currently splitting time between working on tier 2 in rift and FFXIV.
