Yoshi-P said War was 'very powerful' and that players haven't researched enough when asked about if they were going to 'fix' warrior during the TGS live letter.

Would the thread title be "Even SE staff hates Paladins" if the War group had happened to 'win' in that demo video?

Warriors are not an enigmatic class, it's quite simple and the problems are self-evident.

Those aren't really 'problems' though. You have to heal it too much? That sounds like a healer's problem to me :T
The only real 'problem' is the fact that pld has too much damage mitigation compared to their brother tank, and pld is literally easy mode tanking, when it shouldn't be 'easy' at all. War != Pld , don't try to play them like one.

I think that SCH and WAR are supposed to be the peanut butter and jelly of this game. I could be totally mistaken but considering the SCH quests are from a MRD/WAR and during the quest line it talks about how SCH and MRD/WAR are a potent combo... Maybe SE thinks WAR's are dependent upon SCH's but of course if SCH + WAR = Good then SCH + PLD = Better. I fully expect WAR will get some sort of buff in the near future.

With all the heals that Warriors need, I can't even imagine what White Mages have to go through MP wise to keep a warrior up. Thank god as a scholar we have Aether Flow!!

It's not bad, Infuriate increases incoming heal potency.

I've never had any issues with WAR tanks that were properly geared.

Not to mention a buffed inner beast can heal for over 2000HP. ^^ Not enough warriors use their self healing effectively.
