There's a few quests up there, but yeah. It's pretty quiet for the most part. I rarely see people in any of the beastman strongholds other than those finishing up hunting log entries.

This. Nobody really goes through those zones unless its for a quest or hunting log as he said.
Also, Sylphlands is irritating as hell to pass through with winding and narrow paths and dense clusters of ranged mobs blocking the only path from one area to another. One wrong step and you get three Sylvan Screeches hitting you with heavy. Get in melee range of them and you risk drawing in more enemies that will hit you with various nasty side effects. Your options are to run away Baywatch slow-mo style or fight and possibly repeat this decision process if you pull more. The region has given me a new found hatred for those flying cabbages, I want to chop them all into sauerkraut
Nobody wants to run a FATE train through that mess.

That'll change pretty darn quick once the DoW/DoM Beastmen Dailies come out. Those areas will see more population, which is nice because they are underutilized and there's some fun FATE chains.
