Races you would like to see added in the future

How is it blasphemous? This isn't FFXI, there's no issues with having male/females of all the races in this MMO. I'd frankly rather see both male and female miqotes running around than a deluge of catgirls, yuck.

honestly if there were a more beast-like race like burmecians or bangaa, i'd probably use my fantasia potion for that.
of course they could troll us and put seeqs in.

This is a fantasy world, this sort of thing is simply cannon. These are beast-men tribes. We're not looking to prance around Ul'dah screaming "Murrrr, :3" and start the first 'Yiff Yaffers Yaught Club' Free Company.

That being said, there's no denying it won't attract that sort of crowd, that's just how it goes.

The argument here, regardless of whether it'd be Wolf, Bear, Dragon, Reptile or Mormon race, the development team wanted something with human qualities, but completely different from that of the other races (hence why the discussed about adding a playable beastmen race). Leaving my suggestion completley on track with what the development team mentioned they wanted to do.

My thoughts exactly. I'm honestly really surprised at how many people actually want this. I mean come on there is nothing different from hyur, elezen, or miqo'te on this one other than the ears. Like lets get something thats actually new.

Yeah im going to have to go with speak for yourself on this one. Whats not to like about Ronso? They wouldnt be too out of the norm to fit gear onto and they would be significantly different from all the other races. I honestly think they would be really popular, I mean I would make a new character the day they came out with them if they did.

Also I saw someone say Burmecian, I was thinking that at a time before I started this thread but I couldnt remember what it was when i actually posted it but I knew someone would say it. Although just making rat people would be a little uncreative and nothing too new they dont have to make it exactly like FF9 Burmecians, they can make it a little more unique. So Im on board with this one too

Personally I'm surprised they don't let people be Padjals. (Padjals are the race that Kan-E-Senna is, they have horns)
