There should be no rewards from CM, your right there. But that would cause people to stop running them and people in the story would be stuck eventually without help from Friends.

I don't see why people keep saying that they are going to make killing trash more rewarding. No where in that statement did he say you will be REWARDED, He said we have no reason to kill trash but after the hotfix we will....... Yes we may get some kind of reward 100g/crystals, But I doubt it will be anything awesome like a chance to get a tome. When you do AK/Castrum/Praet there are a lot of mobs that get skipped, SE could Troll and now make it so we have to kill trash.

Most games i play, there is a small pittance dropped from nearly every animal/beast/humanoid/monster thingy. So what, a few "gil" (in FFXIV terms) per mob is STILL better then 1 or 2 gil a DUNGEONI don't understand how this would be a negative thing. Sure there are a few zones (CM to name one) where gil dropping enemies may not be a good idea because of the ease of farming. But make it small, hell even 2-10 gil a kill is better then 0!
Perhaps give MOBS a chance to drop Allagan pieces that are level appropriate instead. The vendor trash item is already in the game, they should USE it!

Yup, that... maybe make other categories if you dont wanna hand out the big gils off mobs, like Allagan Bronze BITS = 1/2 of the normal pieces... i dunno, just throwing out ideas cuz im bored at work![]()

Or just hand out tons of Tin Pieces lol... and then make it so that an Armorer, Blacksmith, or Goldsmith could make something involving Allagan Pieces... maybe even Crafted Item Level 90 Allagan stuff![]()
