Hello SE (this post does not answer your question but is related to world transfer, hence I post here),

I find totally unfair the fact that you make people pay for their first world transfer while you struggled hard to resolve server problems at first. Moreover people may be migrated to another server as you see fit, THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
Review your policy otherwise you may just end up with FF14 v1 low results.
I really wished players mattered more in your eyes, but apparently your company feels like doing things like Blizzard (and you might just end up losing both players and worldwide event access, cf. MLG).
