No, you made an uncessarely rude and dumb comment and now are trying to pretendo that was just "teasing" and turnning it against the person that received the rude and dumb comment. You should have followed the OP's advice, if you can't have any nice to say (and here I will add "smart" too), better not say anything at all.

Now on topic. Make this a better community is everybody's job. If you see people misbehaving, punish them for that. Let them know that kind of behavior are not welcome.

The problem is that everybody seems to prefer to join the aggressor than improve the situation. All this stuff of "i used to be nice, but people keep trolling so I troll too now" only show how weak most players are.

I'm just glad to see, not everyone behaves like an a*hole.
Yesterday 3 people of my LS did Aurum Vale for first time with a random tank via DF.

Tank explained patiently the boss mechanics for all 3 bosses and we made them all without a wipe.

Was that with BLM(s)? I spent probably 20 hours trying to take Duty Finder groups through that dungeon even with a few groups that had a BLM before I finally switched to BLM myself and waited hours in queues until finally getting another group with a decent BLM. In all honesty though, the run that I finally won on was with all first timers, excluding myself of course.
