    it might not be your GPU at all.. as other people have suggested.. This can also be cause by a faulty HDMI cable.. It happened to me, I switched to use my xbox gold plated HDMI cable and no more spots.

    It's weird that it only happens in a realm reborn though. I'd think that when is a faulty cable, it'd also show in other games?
    It's a new DVI cable, but I'll keep the suggestion in mind. Have to get a new cable to test though.
