Haha nope...I still remember that NM thread in the beta forum that had over 3k+ likes and we basically got a response to it that not only avoided answering what people were asking for but we got told to "deal with it"

ITs worse than that op. we never get responses from the dev team like the Japanese threads do. (and even they get it rarely) If one doesn't believe me all one has to do is use google translate over on their forums.

And the worst part about it is that certain players/testers themselves were always trying their best to have people shut up and "deal with it" instead of trying to get stuff fixed. In a freaking beta. Sad indeed.

Also, most of the responses we actually get are translations from responses made in the JP forums.
