    It bothers me for another reason then the ones listed above. I help out quite a few FC's / LS when it comes to various things...the most famous we can all understand being Titan / Hydra / Chimera. I'm everyones sexy WHM.

    I can't help anyone in COIL because of these lockouts. I love my FC so I'm not "stuck" with them, but as people are getting more and more ready with them, they've been asking me if I can help out if they need a whm/sch. I can't though cause I'm already on turn 4 or because of other reasons due to these lockouts. They suck.

    I play more then my fair share but I'm by no means over playing the heck out of this game...but still I manage to be able to do everything (myth cap, lockout, run out of leves) by ...say thursday. These restrictions are more frustrating then helpful, considering the lack of content in the game.

    While you are somewhat correct, you should be running AK to also gear up with myth gear too. Helps cut back on what you are going to have to do to gear up.

    Sighs.... I think that is the whole point of this! If there werent any sort of restriction then people would do everything in one freaking day and I think that is not the point. Also right now the instances have a max of parties reserving them, so imagine if there was a restriction of once per week and people were spamming these? Then many player will have to wait much longer or not even get a chance to do them. Everything have its pro and cons. There is nothing perfect.

    I couldn't even care less about jacking more loots per week. Just give me the ability to go back and bring in more members of my FC outside of my 8 man static into coil. Right now coil is the only challenging content that I can participate in. Monday I grind garuda + AK + turn 1 for myth cap. I spend the rest of my weekend trying to get through turn 2 but eventually I know the coil marathon will be shortened down to an hour once we get the mechanics.

    So that leave at least 5 days worth of not so challenging things. Yes I craft and gather. Yes I level other classes (2 relics so far working on the 3rd). I'm not even trying to say that there's a lack of endgame content. I also understand that the game's been out for a little over a month and everyone's play different pace but now that a good chunk of people are lvl50 with relics, at least let us have fun in coil without lockout. Again, I don't even care for the loot, just for the challenge and replayability

    myth cap isnt going away, just roll a 2nd character, thats why theres a sub option with more than 1 character.

    Its stupidly fast and easy (1-30+ in a day with chocobo and storyline caught up for that level) , instead of being mad you have nothing to do at the end of monday, just roll another alt.
    I have one caster and one melee character so I can each get them a +1 relic and L90 gear faster and do coil twice as much

    Problem with "helping" other people with coil is it can easily be exploited.

    A group of 8 complete Coil one, then 7 of them proceed to run 1 new person each time allowing them all to obtain 1 loot each. They then rotate on a weekly basis as to who will get the 1 loot this time and continue this til they obtain all the gear.

    Fix:percentage based loot, if you enter coil and it's not a full group of people who are doing it for the first time then the odds of obtaining loot are as followed:
    1 person=5% chance
    2 people=15% chance
    3 people=25%
    4 people=40%
    5 people=60%
    6=80%
    7=90%

    If the percent rolls and the chest has no loot the players who would of been allowed to roll are instead given coin currency to exchange for gil.

    This would just be used as a countermeasure to prevent players from exploiting the redo option of a coil by allowing everyone that enters a unique treasure pool minus the first 8 that do the run and then proceed to help others run through it.

    Unique Myth per job would also be bad as well as it would prevent players from being able to gear up their other jobs. Honestly it's 50/50 with this one because yes there are some who play on their job to gear up that job but honestly there are also those who may obtain mytho to gear up another job because the darklight can suffice til they earn loot through coil.

    Then why sell and advertise the game on the basis that you don't need alts because you can level every class/job on one character? The whole basis of thread is that current content restrictions and caps undermine the touted Armoury System.

    The hotfix patch incoming is just a bandaid fix and doesn't fix the main issues with this games gated content at 50(higher tome cap). Allow us to play all jobs in all content of the game on one character and gear all our jobs at the same pace, please?

    The 300 Cap on Myth is really annoying as heck. Sure, I understand, they don't want people to deck themselves out on AF2 a few weeks into the game. But you know what, don't punish the players because we don't have anything else to do! We COULD level more jobs, but what will that get us? Nothing? Why? Because Myth Cap is 300 and we can't gear out those jobs!

    I don't mind the 300 myth cap at all, I do mind having to split 300 myth per week between 9 jobs

    I wouldn't object to doing coil once per week per job either, but that could lead to gearing up a little too quick as the gear is role-specific rather than job-specific

    maybe let me do coil once on a tank for loot, once on a healer for loot, once on a dps for loot.
