Still unable to post to main forums

Despite meeting the criteria for posting, I still can't post to the main forums such as General Discussion or my server's forum. Has there been a fix for this? Has SE addressed this? The searches I ran didn't give any helpful information.

Edit: Ok, now I can finally post, but I still can't create threads.

Are you posting in other sections that don't have the restrictions frequently?
