Here's the part you're missing: we're not some randomly recruited ball of average MMO players; we're all from SA, meaning we're already a community. We just drop said community in whatever game we're on at the time (or rather, the portion of that even larger community that likes that game)

It's really not hard to keep it all together, because we're already together outside of the game.
