Commenting on the activity side, 5+ days inactivity seems excessive from my side (Our Own Company has no more than 18hrs logout activity usually), but since they have multiple internal teams running independently of the Company, it probably wouldn't be as big an issue logistically.
Some people only have time on weekends, or go on vacation. We're not a no-fun raiding FC, we're a social FC. Some people don't really want to do much more than maybe a weekly Coil raid or get tomes on Monday until there's more content (understandably).
