- Don't use Regen, you don't need it. In case of danger use Medica II.

This is a false advice...Medica II generate more hate than regen...Especially in party of 8.
u should be able to use regen on tank after he did the 1st combo. If u pulled, it's always tank's fault. Medica always ur 1st option, only use medica II if u lack of healing window.The initial heal usually will not kill u, the HOT effect will. Make a macro to warn tank if u r about to OT because most of tanks keep forgetting flash...
