Also, still no in game proof as to how many people have been unactive for 3+ weeks. Again, people joining on a forum is completely different than in game activity.

I had to go to page 3 of 3 just to find someone who'd been offline more then 4 days, so... any ideas that we're primarily made up of people who never log in are just patently false.
