    Actually, teams intertwine - so while you have people strictly on graphics, they'll more than likely be tied with the programming team as well as doing some programming themselves. They won't be tied with server crew that's true, but they have to work with them to know what they're designing won't kill it.

    I know what you were getting at but teams aren't working in isolation 100% of the time.
