The problem I think is that the greed/need/pass button needs to work like this:
(need) (greed) (pass)
{x} Always Greed if not needed {x} Always Pass if another player has selected Need

This leaves the players choice down to hitting Need or not.

At the dungeon exit there can be a loot trade option, in which one item can be traded for another dungeon drop item that has not been equipped.
because it's so hard to click on pass instead of greed already. the current system is fine seeing as how if you hit greed and another player hits need they still get first dibs. BTW, what would the hacked accounts do? if it was set to apply the untradeable attribute upon leaving the dungeon, they still could only vendor it, i highly doubt they will spend 15-30 minutes in a dungeon to get that loot when in that time they can farm mats worth much more.
