In-game time: Unknown
Area and coordinates: Eastern Thanalan (21,21)
Steps:
1. Receieved the quest "Sealed with Science"
2. Traveled to Highbridge
3. Selected NPC "Hahasako"
4. When clicking the NPC to turn the quest in, nothing happens.
5. I tried changing classes, but as lower level, only the Small talk option works.
6. Tried restarting the game client, twice, to no avail.
7. Several people are standing around this area with the same issue.
