40 minutes or so to clear raids this week - now no twintania till monday?

Why are you guys such douches? He is apparently in a guild/group that is focused on being amongst the first to beat this instance. It is what they strive for. 1 week non progression towards that goal is horrible for these players, no matter how few they might be.

why is it when other people complain they're not that much of a 'douche' but when a person complains and states he's cleared turn 1-4 in 40 minutes, he's suddenly a douche?

he's disappointed for having low content, because honestly, 4 bosses every week just doesn't cut it.

We're being "douches" because this person is whining the game doesn't have enough to do, and right after he's told of all the OTHER things he could be doing besides raiding, he says he doesn't want to do those things.

It is insanely stupid to be OK with 3+ hours of wiping on an impossible boss no one has downed yet, but not be OK with playing the other parts of the game.

How do people try and defend the lack of end game content with 'Every game has this problem'. You're saying that previously released MMO's have had the same problem, and SE could not see that nor do something about it? Endgame is terrible and 1.2 won't be able to salvage it at all. Basically we're stuck in L90 gear for atleast 4 more months...coil, coil, coil...

I don't know about you but seriously what kind of luck do you have to get a full ilvl90 set from Coil? I have not seen one caster drop in 3-4 weeks now, so yeah lel Coil is going to be my home for a very long time. Aside form that, there is also parts of this game you did not allow yourself to enjoy yet .

He obviously only enjoys the progression piece of the game; therefore, for him, there is nothing to do in this game this week. You can't just say "Stop complaining about not being able to do what you enjoy, there are dozens of other options that you don't like", that doesn't really make any sense. I do, however, think this post is useless and only brings more negative threads to an already overwhelming amount of negativity, not exactly constructive criticism as much as a "QQ here are my feelings" thread.

You don't seem to understand. Every other game has this problem, because it isn't something that can be fixed. It is literally impossible to create and release content faster than players can complete the content. It doesn't matter how much there is to do at the "end game", at some point, there will be a subset of players with nothing left that they want to do.

This is highly disappointing.
On monday night we clear Turn 1-4 in 40 minutes or so and did a few attempts on Twintania.

Now we wake up to the news that there will be no twintania until next tuesday at the earliest?

This is really really boring now, we have nothing to do in this damn game, there's not enough content and whatever we could do right now is to bloody repetitive and mind-numbing.

Ugh. No wonder we've already lost people to "other games".
What is wrong with Square-Enix? Why did they ever think this small content would be enough for 3 whole months?

It has no raid content, 8 man isnt a raid

By definition it has: Noun, A rapid surprise attack on an enemy by troops, aircraft, or other armed forces in warfare. Troop size is variable but a raid none the less.
