We've played FFXI for 10 years and this is the 1st time i've ever seen someone boast about being the best. Let alone thinking they're the best xD

I hope your new guild is even remotely close to as skilled as the old CAKE seeing as we actually have the core team from CAKE now in our guild and they're on turn - 5. What's really interesting is your bold testament when we have the real members who can easily testify the truth. Here is the actual timeline for us.
Server firsted Titan > Server Firsted Turn 1 coil. > Went back and geared other members in Titan.
TFS clears turn 2 and 4 in the 4 days we are gearing our members.

We come back to coil and are already in turn 5 as it was all a joke.

We have the same members... We dropped Vittorrino for various reasons, including player skill. At best you have our left overs.

I truly congratulate you on clearing a trash mob floor server first, took a a couple hours to clear, nothing to vanilla Titan without pattern.
We could have easily cleared turn 4 first since we had Titan down long before you, we just actually geared our orignial members, instead of just taking anyone with

Being delegated into your 2nd group was very nearly a disaster for my progression. 4 days after you gave some of your most talented members the boot, we cleared turn 4, and have done so every week since, so I truly do have to thank you for relieving us of our responsibilities in that case.

To be perfectly fair, whatever rumour you've heard was probably about their 2nd group, I doubt they're having any real issue with turn 4, its a cake walk once youve done it once.

We had turn 4 cleared before we let "trial members" go. You're welcome tho. We normally run with a small group... not saying the people we kicked/let go were bad, but didn't have one of the few attributes we expected from trial members. Skill/personality to mesh/availability.

If not all were met, we let them go.

No hard feelings, but clearly some are still there. Mainly for Vitt with his slander :P

Now, what I could be a little disappointed about, was being lied to, right in mumble. It took every ounce of effort not to burst out in laughter when Hiko tried to say your reason for releasing me was because you "had found out CT wasn't going to be 24 man", considering I knew it was undeniably false. As soon as I heard that, I realized I was dodging a bullet, because a man that is unable to give a straight answer in that position isn't the kind of person I want to associate with.

So clearly, we didn't have the personality to mesh. No hard feelings.

Honestly the real failure of G2 in Cake was the lack of anyone wanting to lead it. No one wanted to put forth the effort; something that TFS's other groups succeeded at at the time. The turns are easy, it's just learning the mechanics.

Cake was founded on finding like minded people. People were let go because they did not have the same mindset. Never did I see Hiko kick someone that is not justified, but at the same time I don't delve into drama crap. Honestly if things work out for you in TFS, thats great, as getting a long with people is important for synergy. NLR is doing great, doing great things and has people that work together. We sit bored on Monday nights on T5 that can't even be touched anymore so we are giving out free titans.
