Actually, they may being using a program to do this. It is not hard. I am sure there is some glitches in the game, but this one it seem's as though the person is using a third party tool. Also, there is exp manual's for synthesis in the game that actually gives you 50% exp bonus when used, and it works for a few hours. There are multiple manuals in the game for a variety of crafters, only thing you have to do is earn the GC points.
