Naw, you've just given assigned those definitions yourself. A linkshell is the perfect tool for the problem you're describing there. If the people are like minded and have the same goal (coil in this case) then why wouldn't a strong bond be formed?
I am giving you these definations based on personal experience , i am currently in 2 linkshells for binding coil and the majority of them rush through the content , by the time i log in during the weekends to play they are either done with the content or are too busy to bother.
