Tackle box needed for bait

Militia Tacklebox HQ lvl 50 offhand fisher, 40 slot tacklebox able to carry nothing but bait without taking up inventory space could even slap one or two materia slots on it and give it some gathering and perception. Get on it SE you know you want too. Seems kinna unfair that all the other gatherers get offhands that add perc and gathering with optional materia slots why not us? Could even make lower level ones with fewer slots and less gather and perc, but make the 50 one have 40 slots so we can carry one stack or lure of every type of bait. Can we get a dev response on this?

yes please, was already an issue in beta. hopefully they will fix this in 2.1

Could even have Carpenter craft it since we have a lot fewer end game style recipes than all the other crafts. Plus it would make more sense than the other crafts metal tackleboxs would be heavy, make it a combo of diff types of wood, glue and latex for plastic or rubber parts.

Off topic: Chiapet- i LOVE your sig. <3 memories. On Topic: I like the idea of different kinds of tacklet boxes as you level. Whatever way they decided to implement it, it would help immensly.

Having a billion baits and lures clogging my inventory when fish (~and~ my fun botany stuff!) are filling it made me think of how real fishers have tackle boxes.

Just make the tacklebox the new Fisherman's offhand, and its capacity increases with the level of the box.

Some sort of rule could be made to prevent you from holding multiple tackleboxes, to limit the chance of being exploited.
