No action taken yet on reported cheating

SE need a little thing called "proof" and to investigate takes time. I know its frustrating too and I sympathize with you but like all things it takes time to catch these people. Nothing we do will make SE act on it faster

All a GM needs to do is look. The same place on my server is being teleport-hack bot-mined nonstop 24hrs a day by the same cheats that I and many others first reported over a week ago. In another very similar thread someone even posted a pic of them.

Made a huuge rant about SE and their terrible customer service and thought it isn't worth it, they wont read it lol, they dont care xD

Logged in this morning and Lx Lee is still there botting it up. It's been almost 24 hours now and still action has not been taken. Only took me a minute to walk over there and confirm this was still happening.

They keep track of them while they inject the infamous "tainted" money to the economy, the same money that is later taken from the legit crafters..

I can accept the reasoning that you need to keep some of them around to track the sources but.. ALL of them?

10 days of active reporting. The only ones I've seen them potentially do anything with are those that are obviously hacked accounts (part of a FC) or are singular players (that are probably going to be hacked). But that's only because I didn't see them around for very long. The ones I reported in lower level areas, still there more than a week later.

On a sidenote, atleast crystal shard prices are cheap. Just don't buy from anyone who has several thousand listed.

Even so, i'm sure they have multiple accounts waiting or can just generate more random accounts. By the time it takes to investigate this one bot, it has probably gained thousands of shards which have already been sold on the market or dished out to dozens of throwaway accounts. That takes more time and effort to eliminate than stopping these low-level bots which are driving their economy. There's only like three websites being shouted for in chat for RMT business. I'm sure every bot is linked to one of those three sites. Even if they track down and mass ban a bunch of accounts, they can just generate new ones and start the whole thing over again.

Massbanning bot in waves, mass banning <insert name here> in waves are nothing but lazyness IMO. It should be handled case by case. If you are police and you see someone robbing a bank right in front of you, what will you do? Wait and let's investigate more!

Keep in note that they also inject tainted money to economy, and in the future, those innocent people will get suspended too because of this.
