Obviously she's saying she doesn't have anyone else using the same router. Don't be a jerk.

Also, there's no need to belittle her problem, especially when a huge swath of the player community is suffering from it as well. That's great if you get great pings. Congratulations on picking the correct ISP/geography to be a winner. Don't treat anyone who didn't like a total nub and a loser.

Im not belittling anyone. i responded to her tone in the same way she responded to me. Also, referring to ones ISP is makes one think of ISP. Not the number of people inside the persons house. A better way to describe that would be "I'm the only user in my house".
Also, if you read my post, while sarcastic, I have offered help twice.
Also, if disabling that internet throttling/management program works for this guy, it would be an idea to ask around and see if other such players with the issue run similar programs.
