back on to the actual topic:
It would be nice if they could answer why there are no more tail holes in our armor.
yes we all have this list, its begin with a "B". I mean nothing by it, I'm just planning to use a game feature as its intended to be used.

I haven't read the entire thread, so it might have been said before, but they basically gave everyone the same butt so it was easier to make armor, correct? Then what about boob size? Is it really that much more difficult to stretch out the back of the armor than it is to stretch out the front?
A very intelligent Visual Audio Summary of Vandark's argument can be found here.
To be honest I think the Miqo'te shape is fine. I kept seeing people wanting a more "natural" shape when I was scrolling down. I think the Mi'qote shape is the most natural. You want a girl with big breasts and butt? Not every girl is that perfect. I feel this shape most accurately shows the female shape. Leave it as is!![]()

You have got to be joking, most natural? The other females look way more natural, the right side view on that last picture I showed makes the Miquo'te look more natural than the left. Wouldn't it be cool if it looked the same as it dose on that right view on the left also?To be honest I think the Miqo'te shape is fine. Both side views should look the same as the right side view thats what you call more natural.

They actually did answer this, and had a legitimate reason. It's ... yet again a PS3 limitation. Having two variations of the same armor would occupy more space in ram.
But ... why the PS3 and PC client can't be completely separate is completely beyond me.
The excuse for PS3 limitations on changing the miqote's body shape makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Lowering polygons and actually changing the shape substantially are two pretty different things.
How about a choice between whether we want big breasts or big butts on our character...To be honest I think the Miqo'te shape is fine. I'm not joking. When it come to humans realistically this is the most natural looking to me. Like I said, not everyone is perfect. The more flaws the better, but that is just my preference. This is a fantasy game, so I guess people can have their "perfect body image: big boobs, nice ass and wide hips"You have got to be joking, most natural? I agree with this the most Kiokin! For a pay to play game their character creation compared to some free to play MMOs is subpar. (Don't know if we can mention other games, but take Aion for example. I know it USED to be pay to play, but is now free. Which makes an even bigger impact in comparison.)
Err I had to double post. It told me my reply was too long x_x
I shall be right here whilst you explain how a slight variation in the character mesh would cause the entire PS3 version to come crashing down due to it's limitations. You see your argument may hold some water if not for the fact that you can change the breast size and unless all characters have the exact same bottom half which they do not then it looks like your in a very leaky boat with the PS3 limitations angle.Apparently you have no idea what you're even talking about. Aion was a PC Only game. FFXIV is a PC/PS3 game.
The limitations of the PS3 prevent the devs from adding everything they want in this game.
I have taken character modeling classes in college and the details do add up to me. The PS3 has limitations. In 1.0 they had to cease production on the PS3 version of FFXIV because of how the world received FFXIV initially. Yoshi literally tore the world apart and built it from ground up with the PS3 in mind and of course the PS3's limitations. So he was forced to axe off things to make it compatible with both versions.
PC's can be opened up and adjusted/upgraded to adapt to new technology. PS3's can't. To combat this they come out with a new version.
