It's down to Duty Finder functionality.
It mixes hardcore with casual. There's no separation.
They don't mix well.
If they would just add an option in DF to choose 'hardcore' or 'casual' then this issue will be sorted.

There is nothing 'hardcore' about rushing through a dungeon.
Casuals would still pick hardcore then complain still lmao

Uh.. I may have some problem with this... I switch from hardcore to casual and back depending on what day or hour of the week...
Heli's Black Market open for business. Sells black market items for your exotic needs.

There's already a tick box to choose to join parties that are already in progress.
Add a tickbox to choose endgame or casual. Either that or one called Farming, which groups all those people together cross server.
Tick or untick when you feel up for it, but at least you kinda know what you're letting yourself in for.
This would be a great idea! Though knowing people, there will still be complaints against it.
The truly hardcore do not pug. They form their own parties, because that's the way to ensure maximum efficiency.
The people you refer to are in between the truly hardcore and the people who just want to do it for the story. In League of Legends, they are known as "Try-hards".
