FYI you're team is retarded for voting you as stunner when there is a pld in the group. That being said I was in a DF group where the pld tanked and stunned. It's actually really easy to stun and MT at the same time. It doesn't impact your threat enough to really matter, as long as the OT isn't spamming max threat combos all fight.

I once got Ifrit Hard with me and another warrior , it was terrible experience.

Also if the paladin is tanking they have trouble stunning due to having to keep threat so its a wipe usually with Warrior as stun .

They only have trouble if they are bad. It's super easy to MT and stun at the same time. Ifrit is 100% predictable; eruptions always happen in the same order. On top of that, he doesn't use eruption at all until like 85%, so the tank should have a gigantic threat lead at that point.

It's not that they are bad (which they might be), it may very well be that they lack practice as an Ifrit solo tank. Once you have enough practice, you can squeeze your enmity rotation in between the eruptions just fine. Maybe you will miss one or two, but that will be on phase 1 and only if you are overdoing it, so not a big deal.

After the first time you do the fight, it should be painfully obvious that you can get an RoH in between every eruption. You may not notice some of the other nuances (which phases you can get an RoH in before the first eruption, when you can get extra stuff after the RoH, etc.), but the basic: Stun, RoH, repeat, should be doable by anyone that has done the fight before.
