We Deserve More Free Time

Why? Because the first two weeks of September were broken and problematic, why are we ONLY getting the first 5 days of October? Should be at least 14 days. And, then there are those of us who had early access as well that couldn't get on at all. Early Access is not beta, it is time we deserve.

I don't really mind paying for more time, but I'm just saying, fair is fair and we still are owed game time for the broken state the servers were in on release.

hmm, i experience no errors after launch, though, i was carefull never to log off, as it would take 4 hours to get back on :P That was because it was so many players though, not because of the game :P

I fully agree. There were so many issues during Early access that prevented me from playing at all. Then Official release happened and lots of ppl were still unable to play for a whole week after. Then this last maintenance caused me to be unable to play for the last 6 days due to insane lag.

I like and want to play the game. But I am not subbing. There are too many issues with the servers STILL that are preventing proper play. Time compensation was no where near the time lost, and due to the state the game and servers are still in I will not be spending anymore money to find out if I can play or not.

It wasn't. Had trouble logging in for first 10 days. Next 10 days were full of errors, lag, disconnects.

Usually when a company makes a mistake they will be generous and over compensate for the inconvenience. I had about 3 weeks of time where game wasn't working properly. I'm rewarded with 5 days?

Fortunately for you it was only 10 days. I only just last week got to play in a lag state that was actually playable. The rest of the time was not. Note that I still said "lag state". It's been a consistent problem the entire time, not to mention the first week of being unable to log on due to crowd.
The funny thing is, some of you equate the 30 "free days" as free time, while it is really time purchased with the purchase of the game itself. That is not free time, just like the box and the cd and (if a collectors edition was purchased) the mog hats and collectors pets are not free. You paid money for it.
I have no problem paying for time to play a game, but I still have yet to play this game in a proper state. The lag, as well as a storm of other issues, has prevented me from playing the game as it should be played, and any progress I have made has come with countless deaths and repetition, but mostly due to luck. I'm getting to a point where luck cannot be the main factor and precision is a definite must, and that just isn't an option for me in its current state.

Before you all flood in to tell me I am wrong because my ISP...blah blah... I have spent countless hours on the phone with them. I am not being throttled, my router is plugged into the wall, the light is blinking 12:00... blah blah... gfy

14 of those 30 days sucked and had non-stop issues for everyone lol. And that's not even counting the early access time.
