FFXIV never charged a monthly fee, how did it "go F2P just to survive"? The other part of the interview you left out was that the numbers have been dropping, especially in public places even with incentives to play it there.

I think his point was that in comparison, Tera is doing much better than FFXIV given that they are making money even if its only some.

FFXIV is actually losing the company money.

Good, Play Tera =) and stop criticizing this game, Apparently your beating a dead horse So why keep beating it? Its one thing bringing it up once but not billions of times to where it gets on peoples nerves

PS. Elexia, I'm on the TERA forums praising and thanking them. But not all the time, they do some stuff I dislike and guess what? I complain too, but more often than not I say nice things because they generally do better with their updates.

Maybe you should stop complaining all the time, I ignored everyone complaining and whining till now because all it is is repeating the same thing over and over again. Granted you only complained once, that doesn't account for all the 100 times you complained alrighty just sayin'

Please stop using this as an excuse, yes SE made a massive mistake when developing this game but the fact still remains it will be 9 months since launch and the game is still barely much better than it was when it came out, sure the UI is faster and the SP gain is better but those are both small fixes.

Since when are SE redesigning the entire game? If I remember correctly they're only redoing the battle system. The battle system its 1 departments job not all, you dont have a 3D Modeller over there helping fix it lol. If you do then you have a bad employee base because "Jack-of-all-trades" are bad workers.

Anyway, as wished, see you next update/June XD

SE is redesigning almost all the aspects (also area graphics for sure). It's not only battle system.. and it passed only 4 months and half. So deal with it. If you want androids work 24h per day, i think it's not possibile.

If you have to redesign THE FUNDAMENTALS, you can't build content on what is being redesigned because there's a GOOD CHANCE you can't just "adjust" it later, which is why any content addition that's been added recently, i.e the side quests are utilizing pre-existing mechanics and it's nothing "brand new".

This is why, as Yoshida and everyone else at SE has said, when the Battle System is done, they can finally begin focusing on everything else. They have different teams but you also have to realize they rely on each other. If I'm making animations for a system that on longer exists...then what?
